For use with DYMO Label Software (DLS) version 6.0 and higher running with QuickBooks 2002 and 2003 on Windows 98/Me/2000/XP. Currently NOT compatible with QuickBooks Version 2004

Features:

• Print labels right from QuickBooks toolbar
• Print labels from any of the seven QuickBooks navigator selections
• Allows you to print single labels, a selection of contacts or the entire contact data base

For QuickBooks Basic, Pro and Premier 2002 and 2003

• Print a single label for the current customer or vendor from within the Invoice, Sales Receipt and Punches Order functions.

For QuickBooks Pro 2002 and 2003 ONLY:

• Print Single and Multiple labels for a current contact, a selection of contacts or entire contact lists from within the Invoice, Sales Receipt and Purchase Order functions.
  

Installation Instructions from Web download:

1. If you are unsure where your system will place the downloaded application, create a folder on your computer (i.e. c:\DYMOFILE)
2. Download the file to the folder you have chosen
3. Locate this file and double click the install.exe (Note: Be sure to exit your QuickBooks application if it is running) and follow the on screen instructions to install the software
4. When you are finished with the installation start QuickBooks

When properly installed, a small LabelWriter icon appears on the right-hand side of the QuickBooks toolbar

Note: You must enable DYMO LabelWriter Add-In to allow DYMO to access the data in each of your company files for printing to the LabelWriter printer. See Special Instructions and Important Notes below for link to the manual containing these instructions.

Special Instructions and Important Notes:

• For use with QuickBooks Version 2002 and 2003 U.S. version ONLY currently NOT compatible with QuickBooks Version 2004
• For use with Windows Operating Systems ONLY
• Add-In is compatible with QuickBooks Online Edition
